The 166-bedroom Ramada Hotel and Suites Coventry City Centre is just off Exit 7 of the Coventry Ring Road, all bedrooms and suites have stunning views overlooking the historic City Centre and County of Warwickshire. It has a dedicated training and meetings floor and a dedicated executive lounge. Ramada is also home to the award-winning Queens Road Restaurant, offering a mix of traditional favourites and British fusion food, from breakfast to bedtime.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to join the Front Office team.

Your duties will include:

Handling guest experiences during arrival, stay and departure, efficiently and professionally following the standard operating proceduresand brand standards.

Deliver high quality service for all guests and visitors to the hotel, including dealing with enquiries and answering phones efficiently.

Develop a thorough knowledge of all systems relating to the front office department.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, all health and safety legislation and attend trainings as required.

Your hours of work:

Working on a flexible pattern, covering the operational hours from 7am to 11pm to a flexible rota, incorporating early, mid and late-shifts dependent on business needs, 20 to 30 hours per week, occasional night work may be required to cover the night team.

Additional abilities would be: previous experience as a receptionist in a busy hotel; knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
