My client, based in Dartford is looking for an experienced receptionist to join a busy salon, on a full time permanent basis.

• Annual Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE)
• Location: Crayford
• Job Type: Monday – Friday & every other Saturday (2 week rota- 36 hrs & 44 hrs)

Day-to-day of the role:

• Be the welcoming face and voice of the salon, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling conflicts, and ensure the salon operates smoothly.
• Show initiative and creativity in enhancing client experience and salon functionality.
• Engage with clients on social media, sharing our story and bolstering our brand presence.
• Manage stock meticulously, ensuring the salon is well-equipped and operations run seamlessly.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality for our high-profile clientele.
