JOB TITLE: Part-Time Receptionist

LOCATION: GravesendSALARY: £11.50 per hour

TERM: Temporary

HOURS: 7:30am – 12:45pm

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Answering inbound calls & transferring to relevant departments
• Meeting & greeting visitors, making refreshments
• Completing visitor and H&S forms
• General reception duties & keeping the reception area well presented

We’d love to speak to candidates who have:

• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
• Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
• Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
