Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Location: King’s Lynn

Salary: 12.84 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

Shifts Available:

• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Berry Recruitment are seeking a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in King’s Lynn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the gatehouse. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Handle enquiries from visitors and contractors efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage their access to the premises.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
