22,737 – 23,893 FTE (pending nationally agreed pay increase) + Government Local Pension Scheme

37 hours per week

Term Time + 2 Weeks (40 Weeks)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the main front office of Spalding Academy for two Receptionist / Administrators. These are full time roles within the Administrative teams, the job can be challenging and varied but very rewarding.

Working as an integral part of the Administrative team, the successful candidates will:

• Have previous experience of working in a similar position;
• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors to the school;
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Have excellent organisational, secretarial and inter-personal skills;
• Be a team player but can also work independently;
• Be assertive;
• Be pro-active;
• Adopt a consistent approach to all students;
• Be flexible in their approach to their working hours.
