• Managing the office and ensuring a flexible, high quality administrative services
• Supervising a Receptionist and a team of administrators and monitoring work provided
• Purchasing office supplies and stationery, placing orders with suppliers and monitoring costs
• Ensuring the organisation is adhering to ‘best value’ purchasing policy
• Overseeing the reception area and ensuring telephone calls are managed efficiently
• Maintaining accurate database records and recording any changes that occur
