Your new role

• Provide a professional and efficient switchboard service
• First point of contact for all visitors to campus
• Support with genital enquiries, taking and relaying messages, receiving and issuing access cards and keys
• Process vehicle bookings, visitor parking and operate vehicle access barriers

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Must be available to work 1:30pm-6pm (Monday to Friday)

• £13.27 per hour
• Temporary for 4-6 weeks with possible extension
