Receptionist

Location: Epsom Surrey

Full time, permanent

£23,500 -£26,000

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will provide administrative support across the organization.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:

– Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls- Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries- Maintaining the reception area tidy and presentable- Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock- Scheduling appointments and meetings- Performing other clerical tasks as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have:

– Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software- A professional and friendly demeanor- A customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude- The ability to multitask and work under pressure- The availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
