Part Time Receptionist

Slough

Temporary approx. four months Part Time Hours

£11.50ph

We are actively seeking a confident, adaptable and committed individual to join our wonderful client based in Slough on a temporary basis on part time hours. You will be required to work Wednesday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team to assist the day to day running of the reception area and office whilst contributing to providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Duties:

• Answering calls and transferring to relevant person
• Welcoming in visitors to the office
• Responding to inquiries via phone and email
• Providing general administrative support
• Assisting with any hands on office related tasks (stocking fridge, ensuring tidy and presentable work space etc)
• Supporting other team members wherever needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience with face to face customer service or reception
• A proactive approach with ability to adapt and use own initiative

Please note that this is a part-time position and will require someone that can commit to full-time hours. Please do not apply if you are unable to work full-time hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
