Private French Surgery in South West London is looking for a bilingual receptionist ( French / English ) :

Job Description :

• Greeting patients at the practice with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease.
• Offering support and direction to patients in a courteous manner
• Booking appointments and answering the telephone in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.

The successful Applicant will have :

• A calm, efficient and professional disposition to work in a medical environment.
• Excellent Communication skills and a sympathetic manner
• Discretion and the ability to deal with sensitive medical information.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Clean and smart appearance is essential
• Fluent French/ English

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday from 14h to 20h
• Every other Saturday from 8h to 14h

Salary: 19,000 gross per year for 33hours per week ( Full time Pro-rata equivalent to : 23K gross per year).
