ConciergeManchester City Centre £11.25 per hour Monday- Friday 11:00am – 15:30pmPart-time, PermanentWe are recruiting for a Concierge to join an excellent office space based in Manchester City Centre.The Concierge will be based at a major building, but will work flexibly across our portfolio within Manchester City Centre to cover sickness and holidays.Duties and Responsibilities of a Concierge? Ensure the building is kept safe at all times, being mindful of risks and reporting where necessary Monitor the security of the building including CCTV Reception duties, the face of the building, welcome guests, first point of call for clients and colleagues Record keeping, ensuring all building patrols, visits and incidents are documented Carry out evacuations, fire drills and tests Answer any building queries Keep the reception area clean and tidy Assist the building manager with ordering building partsWe would love to hear from you if you have any of the following experience: Previous Concierge experience would be advantageous An organised individual Professional with a polite manor at all times Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAre you seeking a Concierge role?
