Provide a professional and efficient switchboard serviceFirst point of contact for all visitors to campusSupport with general enquiries, taking and relaying messages, receiving and issuing access cards and keysProcess vehicle bookings, visitor parking and operate vehicle access barriersWhat you’ll need to succeed
Experience of working in a customer-focussed environmentExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagesMust be available to work 12pm -6pm (Monday to Friday)What you’ll get in return
