We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist for our Customer Service team in Aberdeen to provide efficient and effective administrative support.
Experience in working with Microsoft excel is essential as the successful candidate will be responsible for running and distributing various reports including daily margin and revenue reports.
Additionally, the role will involve being the first point of contact for incoming calls to the Customer Service team, setting the tone and ensuring calls are directed timely and appropriately.
