Post House Dental is a well established, state of the art dental practice based at The Old Post House in Weybridge, Surrey. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Head Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in the front office. If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries from patients
– Collect patient information and update electronic health records
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
– Assist with billing and financial transactions

Requirements:

– Dental experience required, preferably with SOE

– Excellent IT skills

– Excellent presentation and time keeping

– Excellent people skills and ability to manage challenging situations

– Ability to multitask as well as able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

– Desire to learn and improve
– Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
– Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
– Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred but not required
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: per week
