As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
• Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Managing appointments and scheduling meetings.
• Maintaining an organised reception area.
• Assisting with administrative tasks to support our legal team.
• Handling inquiries and providing information about our services.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus but not essential.
