Hays are partnering with a well-known charity to recruit for a Reception/Day Concierge on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will ensure a smooth sign-in and sign-out process. You’ll handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while also taking on a variety of general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for cash handling.
What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience in a receptionist roleExcellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in cash handling
What you’ll get in return
