Are you a highly organised and outgoing individual looking for a temporary receptionist role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a Receptionist!

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Your excellent phone manner and ability to adapt to different situations will be key in ensuring smooth operations for our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Answering and transferring incoming calls promptly and efficiently
• Managing and scheduling meeting rooms
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Keeping the reception area clean and organised

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
• A welcoming and friendly demeanour
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is a temporary role starting on June 10th, 2024, and ending on July 31st, 2024, with a contract length of 7 weeks. The working pattern is full-time, with a daily rate ranging from 90 to 120.
