Location: Rotherham (S65)

Hourly Pay Rate: 13

Hours: 37 per week

Length of the contract: Until 25/10/2024

Gi Group are now seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to our Public Sector client based in Rotherham.

Duties of the Receptionist

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department.
• Signing in visitors and issuing security passes, as necessary.
• Answering queries from a range of personnel in person, by phone, and via email.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
• Checking stock levels and ordering stock, as required.
• Maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.

Role Criteria

• Previous receptionist experience.
• Good standard of education (GCSEs or equivalent).
• Experience dealing with the public in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer literacy.
• Prioritisation, attention to detail, and time management.
