Office Angels National Accounts are currently recruiting for a temporary cover for our client based in Abingdon. This is for Receptionist cover from Friday 10th May until Wednesday 15th May. (4 days)

Work Address: Abingdon

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (1 hour unpaid break)

Pay: 12p/h

Duration of assignment: 4 days

Essential criteria: Customer facing/receptionist experience

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors
• Managing security and telecommunications systems
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
• Managing meeting room availability

Full training to be given on the job.
