Your new company & role
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to work in the NHS. This role is based across 3 sites – Worthing, Hove & Lewes.
In this role you will be responsible for day to day administration and providing support to the management team when required. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-5pm with a 1-hour lunch. You’ll be predominantly based in Worthing (3 days a week), with 1 day a week working in Hove and Lewes.
Key duties include:

Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone, emailCovering the reception desk and handling any in-person queriesGeneral administration support including scanning, filing and uploading documentsManaging meeting room bookingOrdering stationerySorting post and accepting deliveriesEscalation point for any Health Safety or maintenance issues
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have previous experience in administration and/or covering a reception desk, as well as good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service when required.
Please note: this position is based across 3 sites in Sussex (Worthing, Hove & Lewes), so you must live in the local area. No hybrid/remote working is available.

What you’ll get in return
You’ll receive an hourly rate of £13.50/hr plus travel expenses to the furthest 2 sites from where you live. Fully on th job training will be given. This is an ongoing temporary assignment with weekly pay.
