Temporary Receptionist/Administrator£14ph, based in ChertseyTo cover:Fri 3rd May – 13.30 – 16.30 – HandoverTuesday 7th May – Thursday 9th May inclusive – 08.00 -16.30 lunch and Friday 10th May – 08.00 -16.00

• Receive and correctly route incoming post and packages
• Meeting Room Bookings
• Monthly invoicing reconciliation
• Monthly expenses processing
• Mail and package processing
• greet all visitors professionally and determine the nature of their visit.
• issue visitor passes, explain required health and safety information and maintain visitor entry/exit logs.
• Good working knowledge/experience required in: Microsoft Office, particularly Teams & Outlook
• Previous relevant experience required.
