We re working with a well-established, fast-paced business in the motor trade industry looking for a Portuguese-speaking Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.

This is a great opportunity to step into a long-term permanent role with a supportive, down-to-earth team. Great attention to detail but full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting customers at reception

• Answering and transferring phone calls

• Responding to customer emails professionally

• Processing orders and printing postage labels

• Keeping the front desk area tidy and well presented

• Supporting with general admin tasks

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese essential

• At least 6 months of front-of-house or receptionist experience

• Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly manner

• Able to multitask in a busy environment

• Good attention to detail and reliability
