A friendly and welcoming office is looking for temporary reception cover in their gorgeous office based in Aberdeenshire.

Working Monday – Friday 8.30-5, 13.50 per hour/

Duties:

– Welcoming visitors

– Preparing meeting rooms

– Taking incoming calls, transferring and relaying messages

– Providing a high standard of customer service

– Ad-hoc admin duties
