Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established, lively company in Stourbridge, West Midlands who are looking for a Senior Receptionist to join their eccentric team.

The Role:
The Senior Receptionist position in this organisation is an all-encompassing role in which there is no job too small. You need to be the type of person who is happy to get stuck into anything and everything. Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Front of house duties, you will be stationed on reception and will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Managing the internal meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready and prepared for any meetings.
• Answer the phones in a professional and friendly manner and redirect the calls to the relevant area of the business.
• Management of office facilities and grounds maintenance, looking at contracts and making sure all compliance around clients is effectively managed.
• Overseeing and responsibility for the GDPR requirements for the business.

The Person:

• Experience in an office manager role (min. 2 years)
• Comfortable on the phone and experience on reception
• A positive, can-do attitude that can embody the spirit of the business
• Good IT skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Organised and process driven
