Position; Temporary Receptionist

Location; Milton Park, (Didcot area) Oxfordshire

Salary; 11.50 – 12.00 per hour

Planet Recruitment have registered an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist to help cover for holidays within our clients current team.

Main responsibilities;

• Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies companies of visitor arrivals, and informing visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area at all times.
