Our client, a leading Facilities Management company, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team in Harrogate. The office is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Harrogate train station, making it easily accessible for commuters.

– Job Title: Receptionist

– Contract Type: Temporary

– Hourly Rate: £12.00 – £13.00

– Hours: 9am-2pm

– Start Date: 12th September 2024

– End Date: 27th September 2024

– Contract Length: 2 weeks

– Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organised.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or reception roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
