Our reputable client are looking for a Temporary Receptionist/Business Support to join their team for a 1-2 week assignment.You will be the face of our client’s showroom, responsible for meeting and greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Your excellent interpersonal skills will help create a positive first impression and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will also be responsible for answering calls, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers with a genuine smile and friendly demeanour upon arrivalProvide product information and assist customers in their decision-making processProcess payments accurately and efficiently using the designated systemAnswer incoming calls and handle customer queries in a professional mannerAssist with booking appointments and managing the showroom scheduleSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a retail environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customersProactive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in processing paymentsBasic computer skills and ability to use a point-of-sale systemThis is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.
